Dear parents, friends, and community members,
Welcome to St. Peter Academy where our students and families are at the center of everything we do each day.
As the only early-childhood through grade 6 school in South Boston, we are dedicated to offering a high-quality education to students of all faiths and diverse backgrounds. We strive to foster individual responsibility, while providing a strong focus on nurturing the physical, spiritual, social, and emotional development of every child.
As a community-based school, St. Peter Academy offers unique programs that enhance the educational experience for all students. We regard Boston to be our extended classroom, as students and teachers fully utilize the city’s historic, cultural, and natural resources. From the South Boston waterfront to the Museum of Fine Arts, St. Peter Academy students and families realize the benefits of learning in an urban community. Furthermore, our small class sizes are ideal for creating a nurturing and supportive environment filled with interactive learning opportunities. We are proud to serve students who live down the street, across town in Boston’s neighborhoods, and those from the surrounding suburbs.
We invite you to come in for a personal tour of our facility, conducted by a student in our Upper-Elementary School, parent, or faculty member. Here in our web site, we have merely attempted to present an overview; nothing beats a personal look! Perhaps then, you and your children can become part of our exciting future!
